Hello! I'm Lisa. Every real estate investor began with just one property. My story is similar to yours. I started with no properties and no rehab skills. I've done real estate investments in 6 states and have been investing in real estate for almost 20 years. 

Together, Karl and I started conquering real estate one property at a time. For the record, the first one freaked me out.
